Stock Calendars
We are more than happy to create your corporate advert from scratch in the advert area on your calendar. We can suggest a layout or follow your instructions if you have something in mind.
All we need is your logo as a vectored PDF, or other high resolution medium, ideally over 300dpi to give the best result.
We will provide a digital proof via email for you to approve, and we are perfectly happy to go back and forwards until you are happy.
Bespoke Calendars
As well as creating your corporate advert, if you have chosen a bespoke product using one of our design templates, we can simply place your photos into our template and create your bespoke calendar.
Any images supplied should be high resolution (300dpi at the size they are to be printed). Taken on a good quality camera or mobile phone (minimum 5 mega pixels). Low resolution images may print blurry or not crisp and sharp.
Please make sure your images will approximately fit into the template chosen, or can be cropped to fit the image area. Also, if the template you have chosen requires portrait images, then please to try to avoid choosing landscape images if possible, and vice versa….
Images can be sent via a file transfer website eg WeTransfer, or by Dropbox or some other means as the file size of images is often too big to email. If you are not familiar with these technologies, just ask us and we’ll help you.
Final Comments
If you are supplying your own full calendar artwork, then a PDF is the preferred medium in the correct order for printing. PDFs should have all fonts embedded and colour needs to be set as CMYK not RGB. RGB artwork will be converted to CMYK which could affect colours. Please ensure you allow ‘bleed if required’. If you need help with this, we are more than happy to advise or assist.
We are unable to use the following formats for printing – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, Works. If however you are left with no other alternative to these software methods, that is acceptable but there will be a charge to convert this artwork into a format than can be used. Please ask for details.
