About the process and the calendars

Promotional calendars are bespoke and each customer order is different. This means that machinery has to be re-calibrated with each customer order resulting in a significant cost in time to us. Due to this, low quantity orders are significantly more expensive and high quantity order are much cheaper. So, if you have use for extra calendars, do increase your quantity – you will likely see a price reduction per unit.

If you still feel that the displayed prices are not fair and don’t represent the size of your order. Please get in touch as it is possible (not always) we may able to sort something.

Each calendar comes with an advert section. It is this section that we replace with your personalised company advert that either we design for you, or you supply to us. This section can be seen on our range’s images titled “Your advert goes here”.

You can find the expected dispatch time for a calendar in the top right sidebar of its’ associated page. We update this throughout the year as much as possible.

That said, dispatch times are dependent on the amount of calendars ordered, the time of year, and the type of calendar ordered. As soon as an order is placed, a customer’s dedicated order assistant will confirm the dispatch date.

If you can supply a legitimate quotation from another calendar manufacturer for a like-for-like product, it extremely likely that we will match their price.

Step 2 - Choose a payment plan

At Think Promote, we offer different ways for customers to pay for their calendars.

If payment is made at the point of placing your promotional calendar order, we offer a 10% prompt payment discount to the value of the entire order, excluding delivery and VAT.

We understand cashflow is crucial to many businesses and therefore offer the facility for customers to pay at a later late for their order. This comes at no additional cost. When choosing this option, an invoice will be sent after despatch and the customer will be issued NET 30 terms.

At checkout, you will get to choose the option that best suits your needs.

Step 3 - Hear back from your dedicated order representative, within 24 hours*

You will be assigned a dedicated representative who will discuss and confirm delivery times, advert requirements, and answer any questions you might have.

* Your dedicated order representative will contact you within 24 working hours. This timeframe therefore excludes weekends, bank holidays, and other non-working time periods.
